Type 1 Diabetes Performance Support
Living with Type 1 diabetes for 20 years has given me firsthand experience navigating the balance between performance, health, and daily life demands. I understand the mental load that can come with managing blood sugars, preparing for competition, handling uncertainty, and performing under pressure. Through both my personal experience and professional background, I’m passionate about supporting Type 1 performers in building confidence, resilience, self-trust, and strategies that allow them to thrive in sport and life, without feeling defined by their diagnosis.
Disclaimer: Mental performance support is not medical advice or diabetes management. My role is to support the mental, emotional, and performance-related aspects of navigating sport and life with Type 1 diabetes.
